Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on the MDOM platform (mdom.world), operated by MovieDOM FZ LLE, a company registered in Fujairah, UAE. By completing a purchase on MDOM, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Digital asset deployment and tokenisation services are provided by MovieDOM Limited, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (2nd Floor, 116 Main Street, Road Town, Tortola, BVI), acting as the issuing entity for MDOM digital assets on the Ethereum blockchain.

2. Digital Share Purchases — General Policy

MDOM shares are digital assets issued by MovieDOM Limited (BVI) and delivered electronically on the Ethereum blockchain. Due to the nature of blockchain-based digital assets, all share purchases are final and non-refundable once the shares have been credited to your MDOM wallet.

The price of MDOM shares is fixed at the time of purchase and locked for your order. Market fluctuations after purchase are not grounds for a refund.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund may be issued only in the following circumstances:

• ✓ Payment Processed — Tokens Not Delivered

  Your card or bank payment was successfully charged but MDOM tokens were not credited to your wallet within 24 hours due to a technical error on our platform.

• ✓ Duplicate Charge

  You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error.

• ✓ Unauthorized Transaction

  A transaction was made on your account without your authorization. This must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date.

• ✓ Order Cancellation Before Processing

  Your order was placed but payment was not yet captured by the payment gateway, and you request cancellation before capture.

4. Vesting Plan Purchases

Vesting plan purchases are non-refundable once the vesting schedule has been created and tokens have been locked. The vesting contract is executed on the Ethereum blockchain and cannot be reversed.

If a vesting order payment was completed but the vesting schedule was not created due to a platform error, you are eligible for a full refund or re-issuance of the vesting plan at your discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• ✗Tokens already credited to your MDOM wallet
• ✗Tokens that have been withdrawn to an external Ethereum wallet
• ✗Vesting schedules that have been created and are actively releasing tokens
• ✗Purchases where the buyer changed their mind after tokens were delivered
• ✗Losses due to user error (e.g. incorrect withdrawal address)
• ✗Processing fees charged by the payment gateway (N-Genius, Transak)

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension. We cooperate fully with payment gateway dispute resolution processes and will provide transaction evidence to counter fraudulent chargeback claims.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, UAE.
