1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MDOM platform at mdom.world (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Refund Policy. These Terms are entered into between you and MovieDOM FZ LLE, M1 Twin Towers, Fujairah, UAE ("we", "us", or "Company"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• →You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
• →You must not be a resident of a country where purchasing or holding cryptocurrency tokens is prohibited by law.
• →You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
• →By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. The MDOM Token

MDOM is an ERC-20 utility token deployed on the Ethereum blockchain. The Platform allows you to purchase and vest MDOM tokens and withdraw them to your Ethereum wallet.

4. Account Registration & Security

• →You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• →You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if prompted and keep your recovery codes safe.
• →All withdrawal requests require email OTP verification — do not share OTP codes with anyone.
• →We reserve the right to suspend accounts showing signs of fraudulent activity.
• →Notify us immediately at support@mdom.world or info@moviedom.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed in the fiat currency selected at checkout (USD, AED, EUR, or GBP). The MDOM price is locked at the time of order creation. A platform fee of 1% applies to all instant buy orders.

Payments are processed by our payment partners (N-Genius, Transak). By completing a payment, you also agree to their respective terms of service. We are not liable for payment gateway outages or delays.

6. Vesting Plans

Vesting plans lock your purchased MDOM tokens for a defined period. Tokens are released linearly according to the vesting schedule after the cliff period expires. Vesting schedules, once created, cannot be cancelled or modified.

Bonus tokens included in vesting plans are subject to the same release schedule as the base allocation and are contingent on the vesting schedule completing without interruption.

7. Withdrawals

You may withdraw available (unlocked) MDOM tokens to any valid Ethereum wallet address. Withdrawals are subject to:

• →A maximum of $1,000 USD equivalent per transaction for unverified accounts (KYC level 0).
• →Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as displayed on the withdrawal page.
• →A flat withdrawal fee plus a basis-point fee as displayed at time of withdrawal.
• →Email OTP verification for every withdrawal request.

We are not responsible for tokens sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user. All blockchain transactions are irreversible.

8. KYC & AML

We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Users who do not complete KYC are subject to transaction limits. We comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We may freeze accounts or withhold funds pending regulatory review where required by law.

9. Prohibited Activities

• ✗Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal purpose.
• ✗Creating multiple accounts to circumvent transaction limits.
• ✗Attempting to manipulate token prices or exploit Platform vulnerabilities.
• ✗Providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• ✗Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using VPNs or proxies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MovieDOM FZ LLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• — Token price fluctuations or market volatility
• — Blockchain network congestion, delays, or failures
• — Loss of access to your Ethereum wallet or private keys
• — Third-party payment gateway failures
• — Unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, UAE.
